Garth Kukla
My name is Garth and I am the founder of Local Honest Homebuyer. My wife and I live in Newport Kentucky and we both have lived in the Cincinnati area since 1982. Before founding Local Honest Homebuyer, I was in sales and sales management for 19 years. I went to the University of Cincinnati and have a Bachelor’s in Communication, and many say I have never met a stranger. I enjoy traveling and cooking with my wife and being “Uncle G” to my nephews whom I adore.
Darren Mullins
Hey there! My name is Darren and I have been working with Garth since 2018, and in real estate since 2016. I grew up around Miamisburg before buying my first house in Germantown, OH back in 2011. I was a tool maker of 7 years at the time running a machine 55 hours a week before coming home to remodel my first home. I enjoyed the making of my first home so much I think I was destined for real estate. I am a father of two young boys and spend most of my free time with them. When I do have time to myself, I find myself tinkering with something around the house. With Garth’s blessing I have expanded our reach by buying properties in the Dayton Area.
