Integrity is key. Unfortunately, not all real estate investors are honest. Some won’t treat you with respect. Some don’t do the right thing. That’s not how we operate. We believe everyone deserves fair treatment, regardless of the situation. We will always do what’s in your best interest. if we don’t think selling your home to us is in your best interest, we will tell you and can often guide you in the right direction. We are always 100% honest.

HOMEBUYER

Real estate investors come in many forms. We typically buy residential properties and turn them into rental or flip ones. Sometimes we sell to other investors. Sometimes we fix houses up and list them with a real estate agent. We buy houses in almost any condition: ugly, mold issues, foundation issues, liens, city notices, etc. If your house isn’t market ready (you don’t have the time or resources to make fixes and handle deferred maintenance), we may be able to help you. We are well connected in the community with other investors and real estate agents. If we can’t help you, we can likely refer you to someone who can.
